water isn't just for drinking!!!




Hardcore cardio workouts in the gym can tend to get a little boring after a while. Over winter break, I got a free 10-day guest pass to a new gym & it has been such an amazing decision. At school, I usually do a lot of machine work, such as running on the tread or spinning. It feels good, but tends to feel blah after a while. Swimming is known as one of the best exercises out there because it works every body part at once. It is such a chill workout and I feel so relaxed afterwords!
