Today I got my daily dose of Vitamin D through the beautiful Chicago sunshine. Laying in the sun is the most relaxing thing ever. It sometimes makes me exhausted, but very at ease. I recommend just sitting in the sunshine even if it's freezing out because it's good for you. BUT NOT TO BE A MOM, always wear spf. :)
